The Mohonasen Warriors will challenge the Schenectady Patriots at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Schenectady took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Mohonasen, who comes in off a win.
Mohonasen will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any runs on Wednesday, then bounced right back against Troy on Thursday. The Warriors walked away with a 10-7 win over the Flying Horses.
Nic Quinlivan spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered seven runs (all of which were unearned) on nine hits and racked up six Ks. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Mohonasen is 6-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 3-6 otherwise.
