It was a good run, but Round Rock unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Northwest Texans by a score of 2-1.

Round Rock's loss came despite strong showings from Isa Cordaway-Dreier and Aubrey Goode. Cordaway-Dreier had 14 digs and one assist, while Goode had 20 assists and six digs.

Round Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Northwest, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Round Rock has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Liberty Hill on the 16th. As for Northwest, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against New Braunfels on the 16th.
