Clarksville Academy took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 62-21 victory over Northeast. That 41 points margin sets a new team best for Clarksville Academy this season.
Clarksville Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sicily Robinson led the charge by scoring 20 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Layla Clark was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with eight rebounds and five assists.
Northeast's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Damonei Peterson, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds, and Qimara Summers who scored four points along with two steals.
Clarksville Academy pushed their record up to 8-9 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Northeast, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
