When it comes to explaining why Mount Airy Christian Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ava McGlaughlin. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points McGlaughlin has scored all season. Madison Pier was another key contributor, scoring two points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Perry Hall Christian's win bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Mount Airy Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 2-11 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.
