After two weeks on the road, Medfield is heading back home. On Friday they will take on Norwood at 7:00 PM. Medfield come in off of four low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
There's no need to mince words: Medfield lost to Hopkinton last Friday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 7-42.
Meanwhile, we expected Norwood to have trouble with the significantly higher-ranked Holliston, and they did. Norwood suffered a grim 18-41 defeat to Holliston. Norwood's loss continues a disappointing trend for the team, making it seven losses in a row.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
