The Fort Lee Bridgemen waltzed into their game on Saturday with four straight wins but they left with five. They took down Ridgefield Memorial 49-34.
Fort Lee's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Devin Jang, who scored 16 points. Jang is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 16 or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Maxwell Greenberg, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds.
Fort Lee's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-13. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Ridgefield Memorial, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-14.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort Lee will take on Ramsey at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Fort Lee focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Saturday. As for Ridgefield Memorial, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Wood-Ridge at 7:00 p.m.
