Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tradition Prep). They couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 82-41 blowout they got against the Odyssey Charter School Titans. Winning may never get old, but the Pirates sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Tradition Prep got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jayden Harris out in front who went 8 of 15 en route to 17 points along with eight boards and three blocks. That's the most points Harris has posted since back in January of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Syncere Cannon, who went 6 of 8 on his way to 15 points.

Tradition Prep was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Odyssey Charter School's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jevenson Antoine, who posted 14 points, and Tristan Andrews, who put up ten points.

Tradition Prep is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.1 points per game. As for Odyssey Charter School, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Tradition Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-52 defeat against Treasure Coast on the 3rd. As for Odyssey Charter School, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 67-28 loss against Titusville on the 3rd.
