String Theory gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener  on Friday. They blew past MAST Charter II 60-40. With String Theory ahead  34-14 at the half, the  match was all but over already.
 Among those leading the charge was   Bryon  Merritt, who  scored 15 points along with 6  steals. Another player making a difference was  Justus  Robertson, who  scored 13 points.
 String Theory's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for MAST Charter II, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. String Theory will  challenge Mastery Charter Hardy Williams at 11:30  a.m.  on Saturday. As for MAST Charter II, they will head out on the road to face off against Philadelphia Electric Charter at 3:15  p.m.  on Tuesday.
