On Friday, The Socorro Warriors never let their opponents score. They breezed by Hot Springs on the road to the tune of 55-0. Socorro pushed the score to 41-0 by the end of the third, a deficit Hot Springs had no chance of recovering from.
Isaiah Ocampo had a dynamite game for Socorro, rushing for 169 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, while also throwing for 173 yards and two touchdowns. Chase Boykin was another key contributor, rushing for 80 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries.
Socorro's win was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 8-2. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 33 points. As for Hot Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.
Socorro does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hot Springs also has no future games currently scheduled.
