Becker's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sawyer Brown, who scored 20 points along with three steals. Kyan Blomquist was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 11 rebounds.
Becker's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-5. As for Big Lake, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.
