When it comes to explaining why Harlem lost, one person who can't be blamed is Bo Beehler. Despite the final result, he scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Mateo Perera, who scored nine points.
Harlem's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-19. As for Jefferson, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 16-11.
Harlem will take on Boylan Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Illinois (Boylan Catholic is ranked 367th, while Harlem is ranked 373rd). As for Jefferson, they will head out on the road to square off against Hononegah at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
