Basketball Recap: Northwest Classical Academy Piles Up the Points Against Varsity Opponent

The Northwest Classical Academy Spartans blew past Varsity Opponent, posting a 65-37 victory.

Leading Northwest Classical Academy to victory were Luke Sabbarese and Drew Starstrom. Sabbarese almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds, while Starstrom shot 42% from the field en route to 12 points along with eight assists and six boards. Levi Russell was another key player, putting up eight points in addition to seven boards and four steals.

The win got Northwest Classical Academy back to even at 1-1.

Northwest Classical Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 46-36 victory against The Stonehaven School on the 14th. As for Varsity Opponent, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 75-60 loss against BigTyme Prep Academy on the 13th.
