The Wall Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Kadoka Kougars at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Wall has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 335 points over their last five matchups.
You can't lose the contest if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Wall's strategy against Kadoka last Friday. Wall strolled past Kadoka with points to spare, taking the game 67-49. The victory was just what Wall needed coming off of a 92-61 defeat in their prior game.
Wall found their leader in underclassman Teelan Kjerstad, who scored 23 points. Kjerstad has been hot recently, having posted 20 or more points the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Brodi Sundall, who scored ten points along with six rebounds and five assists.
Wall has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Kadoka, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.
Wall strolled past Kadoka when the teams last played last Friday by a score of 67-49. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wall since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
