Talihina extended the longest winning streak in A District 6 this week by beating Quinton, 58-7. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Golden Tigers.
Canadian was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from seventh to fifth in the league. Earlier in the week, the Cougars triumphed over Haileyville 38-13.
Jake Tincher was the best receiver in the league this week as Gore lost to Central. Peyton O'Neal helped Gore's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 58 yards.
Fans will be thrilled by an exciting game in the secondary when the Tigers' Michael Davis goes up against the Savages' Brad Davis.
An important game coming up in A District 6 this week will be when Central takes on Quinton. At the moment, Jeremy Thompson's team is in fourth, while Jeremy Reeder's team is in third.
Talihina took down the Savages 58-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
