Volleyball Recap: Northeastern Wins Going Away Against William Penn

Northeastern had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt William Penn on Tuesday. Northeastern was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over William Penn. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Bobcats this season.

Koltrin Forry paced Northeastern's offense, picking up 17 kills. Forry got some help from Jacob Zambito and his 21 assists. Finally, Zambito was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Northeastern's victory bumped their record up to 4-2-2. As for William Penn, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Northeastern didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Kennard-Dale on the 26th. As for William Penn, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Spring Grove at 7:00 p.m.
