Bobby Brennan and Isaiah Keyes provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Smithsburg. The connection was good for 88 yards, the longest such play in Monocacy Valley - Antietam this season.
Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, South Hagerstown beat Watkins Mill 42-0. The win marks sixth in a row for the the Rebels.
North Hagerstown's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Brennan threw for 88 and 1 touchdown and Keyes had 152 yards receiving. On the ground Keyes chipped in 119 yards.
The Hubs' dynamic duo of Brennan and Keyes proved to be unstoppable against the Leopards, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Keyes provided a threat through the air and on the ground as North Hagerstown beat Smithsburg. Keyes' key target this week was Keyes, who caught 2 passes for 152 yards.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Williamsport's Saavon Brown and Colby Byers have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-1 quarterback Brown has thrown for 1,061 yards this season, while Byers has 34 catches for 396 yards. Keyes from Danny Cunningham's team leads the league in rushing with 1,197 yards.
A big matchup in Monocacy Valley - Antietam this week will be when Brunswick takes on the Hubs. As it stands, the Railroaders are in fifth, while North Hagerstown is in second.
South Hagerstown led the league in scoring this week by notching 42 points on the Wolverines.
