Pottstown was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They lost  9-2 to the Norristown Eagles. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Pottstown were already down  6-1.
 Brianna Heredia Loja and  Nyla Rivera scored both of Pottstown's goals,  bringing their combined season tally to three goals.
Pottstown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Norristown, they moved to 2-4 with that  victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
 We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Pottstown is set to  face off against  their familiar foe Pope John Paul II  at 3:45  p.m.  on Monday. Meanwhile, Norristown will  square off against  rival Upper Merion Area  at 6:45  p.m.  on Monday.
