Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Ocosta Wildcats, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They had to suffer through a rough 69-37 loss at the hands of the Indians. Ocosta was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-17.
Despite the defeat, Ocosta saw an underclassman step up: Anna Davis dropped a double-double on 19 points and 21 rebounds. Davis is crushing the rebound category: she's posted at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. Alexia Bradley was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds.
Ocosta's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Toledo, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.
Ocosta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Toledo also has no future games currently scheduled.
