The Tyler Knights suffered their biggest loss since December 5, 2023 on Monday. They had to suffer through a rough 51-16 loss at the hands of Williamstown. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Tyler has scored all season.
Tyler's loss came despite strong showings from Braeden Wall and Jade Carvoo. Wall scored four points, while Carvoo scored a point along with three steals.
Tyler are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9. As for Williamstown, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.
Tyler won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Doddridge County at 6:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Doddridge County is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road. As for Williamstown, they will take on St. Marys at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
