The Noble Bears were expected to have a tough go of it on Tuesday, and that's exactly how things played out. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 60-37 walloping at the Del City Eagles' hands.
The Bears' loss pushed them down to 6-12. The victory improved Del City's record to 11-7.
Noble will take on Western Heights Friday. Del City is staying on the road Friday to face off against Carl Albert. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close contest.
