This season hasn't been kind to the Northeast Baptist Knights, who are still winless after their 11th match. They were outmatched by Central School on the road and fell 68-14. Northeast Baptist has not had much luck with the Pioneers recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
It was another big night for Conway Whitlock, who dropped a double-double on 33 points and 24 rebounds for Central School. Whitlock also posted two+ blocks for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Colton Moore, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 21 rebounds.
Northeast Baptist dropped their record down to 0-11 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Central School, their victory bumped their record up to 3-14.
Northeast Baptist will head out on the road to challenge the Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Louisiana (Union Christian Academy is ranked 313th, while the Knights are ranked 320th). Central School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
