Favour Akih Goes Supernova in Hayes Victory
Starting off the list is Hayes's Favour Akih, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Akih rushed for 217 yards and three touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 151 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Sadly, Eden Williams posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Dublin Scioto over Hayes on Friday. Williams rushed for 208 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 12.2 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 89-yard run.
Hayes had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Williams it was a similar story. When Williams last faced the Pacers back in October of 2023, he rushed for 129 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.

While Jonathan Stevens delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Westerville North. Big Walnut had no answer to Stevens as he made seven total tackles.
This year, Stevens has averaged 6.1 total tackles per game and for the season has 2 interceptions. It gets even more impressive: after eight games last season, he had two rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to seven.
