St. Francis is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Saturday. They will venture away from home to challenge the St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute Marauders at 2:00 p.m. St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on St. Francis, who comes in off a win.
The home team had come away the winner the last four times St. Francis and Cathedral Prep had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Red Raiders simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Ramblers 49-22. That 27 point margin sets a new team best for the Red Raiders this season.
