On Friday, Fauquier are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Brentsville District at 7:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Fauquier found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 12-35 punch to the gut against Loudoun County last Friday. Fauquier were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-21.
Meanwhile, Brentsville District couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They suffered a grim 8-29 defeat to Liberty last week.
