 In other batting news, Lampeter-Strasburg got a  massive  performance out of  Mackenzie Mack, who  went 2-for-4 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Alaina Brenneman, who  went 2-for-3 with a  home run and two  RBI.
 On Ephrata's side, they got a good showing from  Kylie Thomas, who   tossed 3.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit.
 At the plate, Ephrata saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Kaliana Auchey, who  went 3-for-3 with  an  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ali Williams, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Lampeter-Strasburg's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Ephrata, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 8-5 record  this season.
 Lampeter-Strasburg will head out on the road to  face off against  Solanco at 4:15  p.m.  on Monday.
