While Thursday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Justice Brown-Jones. On Thursday she went 8-for-10 en route to 17 points along with five rebounds and three steals. The performance also marked the highest field goal percentage (80%) she has had since back in January of 2024. Her evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least 17 points.

Looking ahead, Brown-Jones and Norfolk Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Nansemond-Suffolk Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
