The team relied heavily on Ella Martin, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April. Jordyn Enders was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Seneca East's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for St. Paul, their loss dropped their record down to 12-11.
Seneca East's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: St. Paul hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .365. It's a different story for Seneca East, though, as they've only averaged .242. Will they be able to contain St. Paul's hitters?
