Hale Ray barely beat Bolton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Noises were the clear victors by  a  12-0 margin over the Bulldogs on Monday. Considering the Noises have won 12 matches by more than five  runs this season, Monday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Lily Jahne made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in 13 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with three  runs, three  doubles,  and three  RBI. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in April.
 In other batting news, Hale Ray let  Maggie Janecek and  Fenway Jankowski run wild. Janecek  went a perfect 1-for-1 with three  runs, three  RBI,  and one  stolen base, while  Jankowski  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double. That's the most  runs  Janecek has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of  Briella Dean, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  stolen base and two  RBI.
 Hale Ray  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .607. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bolton only posted  an  OBP of  .125.
The  victory was  the eighth in a row for Hale Ray, bringing their record up to 16-3. Those  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Bolton,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 8-5.
 Looking ahead, Hale Ray will square off against Coginchaug Regional at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Noises' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Blue Devils have averaged an impressive 6.5  runs per game this season. Bolton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
