The loss was a vexing one since Potosi were expected to win based on their state ranking. The match pushed Potosi down to 1-2 and pulled Perryville up to the reverse at 2-1.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Potosi are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Ste. Genevieve next week at 7:00 PM. As for Perryville, they will face off against Fredericktown.
