Booneville had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Kossuth Aggies as they made off with a 9-3 win. The Blue Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by six runs or more this season.

Jacob Matthews was excellent, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles. Another player making a difference was Porter Tapp, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs.

Booneville's victory bumped their record up to 20-13. As for Kossuth, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 25-7.

As of now, neither Booneville nor the Aggies have any future games scheduled.
