The Forest Hills Rangers will head out on the road to face off against the Francis Lewis Patriots at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Forest Hills' favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
Even though Queens Teaching scored an imposing 56 points on Thursday, Forest Hills still came out on top. Forest Hills came out on top in a nail-biter against Queens Teaching and snuck past 59-56. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Forest Hills has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Francis Lewis' recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 63-33 loss at the hands of Cardozo.
Forest Hills now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Francis Lewis, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
Forest Hills beat Francis Lewis 73-64 when the teams last played back in November. The rematch might be a little tougher for Forest Hills since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
