Sadly, the Millard Eagles are still looking for their first win of the season after 22 matches. They received a tough blow on Wednesday as they fell 78-60 to Enterprise. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Millard in their matchups with Enterprise: they've now lost five in a row.
Treyson Whitman continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Enterprise, almost dropping a double-double on 20 points and nine rebounds. Whitman hasn't dropped below 16 points for five straight games. Another player making a difference was Brady Crouch, who scored 12 points.
Millard's loss was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-22. As for Enterprise, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.
Millard will be playing at home against Kanab at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Kanab will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Millard surely won't give up without a fight. As for Enterprise, they will head out on the road to take on Beaver at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Enterprise focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Wednesday.
