The Clinton Red Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Emerald Vikings at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Clinton is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.

Meanwhile, Emerald had to endure a ten-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 49-35 win over Union County on Friday. The win was just what Emerald needed coming off of a 48-16 defeat in their prior match.
Their wins bumped Clinton to 7-2 and Emerald to 1-8.
Everything came up roses for Clinton against Emerald in their previous meeting back in October of 2022 as the team secured a 37-6 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Clinton since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
