Daphne waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Orange Beach Makos. Daphne's winning goal came courtesy of Alexia Charqueno.

Daphne pushed their record up to 16-3-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three contests. As for Orange Beach, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-4-1.

Daphne and Orange Beach are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. The Trojans will take on Davidson at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Orange Beach, they will square off against New Brockton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
