Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rockland). They blew past the Challis Vikings, posting a 60-32 win.

Rockland was led to victory by Trin Wiese and Calyn Permann. Wiese went 8 of 17 en route to 21 points and seven rebounds, while Permann went 6 of 10 on her way to 16 points along with six assists and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Sidney Freeman, who went 5 of 11 on her way to 10 points and six rebounds.

Rockland smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in three consecutive matches.

Rockland is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.0 points per game. As for Challis, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Rockland will venture away from home to face off against Grace Lutheran at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Challis, they will welcome Watersprings at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
