Mukwonago is 2-8 against Arrowhead since May of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Indians will welcome the Warhawks at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Mukwonago 3.7, Arrowhead 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned.
The scorekeeper got an easy start on Saturday as neither Mukwonago nor Muskego made it on the board until the fifth inning. The Indians never let the Warriors get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory.

Adam Kudronowicz made a splash while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Mukwonago is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-5 otherwise. Kudronowicz was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.
In other pitching news, Easton Ahrens looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.
Kudronowicz wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Isaac Teisl, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run. Those two stolen bases gave Teisl a new career-high.
Meanwhile, it may have taken ten innings to finish the job, but Arrowhead ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They won by a run and slipped past Muskego 5-4. The win continues a trend for the Warhawks in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won nine in a row.
Arrowhead also got a great performance from Peter Kussow as he struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Cam Carter, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Niko Frongopoulos, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one double.
Mukwonago has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Arrowhead, they pushed their record up to 10-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Mukwonago has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.3 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Arrowhead struggles in that department as they've been averaging 9.7 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Mukwonago couldn't quite finish off Arrowhead in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 and fell 4-2. Can the Indians avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
