Troy have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will challenge Prairie on the road at 7:30 PM on Friday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps national rankings project a close match.
Troy couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 14-44 walloping at Kootenai's hands.
Prairie came within a touchdown against Valley last week, but wound up with a 46-60 loss.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win. We'll see which team satisfies that hunger and which team leaves with an empty belly.
