It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Lehigh ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top against the Clearwater Tornadoes by a score of 61-54. The Lightning's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Clearwater lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Keshawn Andrews, who went 7 for 12 on his way to 16 points and six rebounds. The game was Andrews' third in a row with at least ten points. Ari Tirado was another key player, putting up 11 points along with six boards and five assists.

Lehigh's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-0. As for Clearwater, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-2.

Lehigh didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-51 victory against Bay on the 3rd. As for Clearwater, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 54-51 defeat against Gateway on the 3rd.
