Considering St. Agnes has won six contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Josh Walter made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He tossed 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. Walter was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Eric Cain, who went 2-for-5 with four RBI. Another player making a difference was James Steiner, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2.
