The Vikings were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Bulldogs. Marie Conroy was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Westwood beat Sumter 3-1 on Thursday.

Spring Valley has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 42 goals over those ten contests. As for Westwood, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10.

Spring Valley took their win against Westwood in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 5-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
