Central hasn't lost a match yet, a trend which continued in their latest game on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Chula Vista Spartans a 4-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Central, who have now won six matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Chula Vista with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jorge Berumen, Joseph Rosas, Angel Sandoval, and Mishel Villanueva.

Central's win bumped their record up to 9-0-2. As for Chula Vista, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Central and Gompers Prep Academy will round out the year against one another at at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday. As for Chula Vista, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Crawford at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
