The Cummings Cavaliers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Graham 85-58 on the road. With that victory, Cummings brought their scoring average up to 55.5 points per game.
Jamarion Sellars was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 15 points along with nine rebounds and five steals. Those 15 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Amari King, who scored seven points along with four steals.
Cummings is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Graham, their loss was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-7.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cummings will be home for the holidays to greet Williams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Graham will be home for the holidays to greet Southern Alamance at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Southern Alamance is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
