Eastside barely beat Churubusco the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Blazers were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the Eagles on Saturday. Considering the Blazers have won seven matches by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Eastside has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Churubusco, they dropped their record down to 5-16 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eastside will venture away from home to challenge Heritage at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Churubusco, they will head out to take on Angola at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
