Blue Ridge is on a three-game streak of home losses, the Warriors a four-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Blue Ridge Tigers will take on the Bonham Warriors at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
On Friday, Blue Ridge suffered a rough 52-27 defeat at the hands of the Bulldogs. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Blue Ridge has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Bonham was the victim of a tough 61-36 loss at the hands of the Panthers on Tuesday.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Heath Brown, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Brynlee Owens, who scored eight points.
Blue Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 16-13. As for Bonham, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 17-14 record this season.
Blue Ridge came up short against the Warriors in their previous matchup back in January, falling 64-56. Will Blue Ridge have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
