While Richfield didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Tartan Titans 70-43. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Richfield's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.4 points. As for Tartan, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

Richfield will look to defend their home court on Friday against DeLaSalle at 7:00 p.m. DeLaSalle knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Richfield likes a good challenge. As for Tartan, they will challenge Mahtomedi at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
