Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Catholic). They blew past the Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology Colonials 40-0 on Friday. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Crusaders had established a 28-point advantage.

Catholic pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 33.3 points over those games. As for Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Looking ahead, Catholic will square off against Norfolk Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs' defense has only allowed 11 points per game this season, so the Crusaders' offense will have their work cut out for them.
