Union County has been on the road for three straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Knightstown Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Union County has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Union County scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They took down Union City 50-36.
Knightstown can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 61-31 win over Cambridge City Lincoln on the road. That 30 points margin sets a new team best for Knightstown this season.
Union County's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-12. As for Knightstown, their win bumped their record up to an identical 7-12.
Union County beat Knightstown 32-24 when the teams last played back in January of 2023. Will Union County repeat their success, or does Knightstown have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
