Pierz has enjoyed the comforts of home their last four games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge the Mora Mustangs at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Mora took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Pierz, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, Pierz didn't have too much trouble with Upsala at home as they won 62-46.
Meanwhile, Mora's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Milaca, falling 70-23. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Mora has suffered yet this season.
Pierz's win bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Mora, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
Everything came up roses for Pierz against Mora in their previous matchup back in February of 2023 as the squad secured a 55-22 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pierz since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
