The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Beggs in their matchups with Sperry: they've now lost four in a row.
Leading Sperry to victory were Landen Brooks and Brady Benham. Brooks rushed for 169 yards and two touchdowns, while Benham rushed for 169 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.9 yards per carry.
Beggs has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Sperry, their victory was their third straight at home , which pushed their record up to 7-3.
