Basketball Game Preview: Somerset College Prep Academy Spartans vs. Cardinal Newman Crusaders

The Somerset College Prep Academy Spartans will take on the Cardinal Newman Crusaders at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Somerset College Prep Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53 points per game this season.

Somerset College Prep Academy is headed into the game after thoroughly thrashing Tradition Prep: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Somerset College Prep Academy blew Tradition Prep out of the water with a 71-12 final score. The Spartans pushed the score to 55-10 by the end of the third, a deficit the Pirates had no chance of recovering from.

The victory got Somerset College Prep Academy back to even at 4-4. As for Cardinal Newman, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
